Refunds & Returns
At Trinbstore, every item is made to order just for you — and we stand behind the quality of everything we create.
Return Window You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached and in original packaging. Please hold onto your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return Email us at Trinbstore@gmail.com and we'll guide you through the process. Once your return is approved, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Please note: items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Made-to-Order Policy Because all our products are made to order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes ordered, change of mind, or buyer's remorse. We encourage you to double-check sizing before placing your order — and we're always happy to help if you're unsure!
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges The quickest way to get the right item is to return your original purchase and place a new order once the return is approved.
Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at Trinbstore@gmail.com so we can make it right.
Lost Packages If your package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
Order Changes & Cancellations Orders can be changed or cancelled within 1 hours of purchase — after that, production has already begun. Custom and personalized items are final sale unless defective.
Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or custom/personalized products.
